Introduction
We know that teachers are critical to the success of any curriculum! In this case, we want to design a curriculum that will allow teachers to learn about AI, and be able to teach it in their classes, regardless of whether or not they have AI background knowledge. In addition, we also recognize that when teachers help design the curriculum, it is more authentic, usable, and pedagogically sound for the classroom. Therefore, in AI Goes Rural, we will work with teachers to provide professional development around AI and work with them to co-design the AI curriculum.
